How to Access My Account Settings

To Access "My Account" Click on "Log In" located at the top right of this webpage, www.fiduum.com.

I forgot my Password

If you forgot your password to access you account information, click on "Log In" located at the top right of this webpage. Select "Log In" following the question "Already a member?" on the Sign Up page. Select the method you chose during the original sign up, and click "Forgot Password". Follow the instructions to reset your password.

Payment Methods

How do I change Payment Methods?

To change method of payment, Log In to your account and click on "My Wallet"

Subscription and Upgades

How do I Upgrade My Subscription

To upgrade your subscription, kindly email us at support@fiduum.com with your username and contact information.

Session Password

How can I change my App Password

To change your account password, use the "Forgot Password" when logging in. As of Jan 1st. 2023, the only way to change the AeR app password is by emailing us at support@fiduum.com.
